How to make reservations for services

We Use PetExec for Reservations

Reservations are required for both Daycare and Day Camp. If you would like to reserve dates through our software portal but do not yet have an account, please let us know and we will set one up for you.

Here are the walkthrough videos for both the PetExec app and online web portal. There is a video for each on how to request daycare or daycamp. Reminder: there is a difference between daycare and daycamp so please be mindful when requesting! Daycamp is our training service, daycare is just here for socialization/play. You MUST be approved for just daycare prior to booking.

Another reminder that our drop off hours for both services are between 7AM-9AM and pick up hours are between 4PM-7PM. Please do your best to be respectful of these hours. As always let us know if you have any questions or still having trouble logging in.

How To Schedule Day Camp

How To Schedule Daycare (NOT DAY CAMP)

Daycamp is our day service that includes both training and socialization. To request DAY CAMP press “Request Other Services” and there you will see the DAY CAMP option.

How To Schedule Daycare (NOT DAY CAMP)

If your dog has not been evaluated, gone through our DAY CAMP program, or approved to be daycare ONLY then please do not request daycare. If you are unsure if your dog has been approved for not for daycare, please send us an email.

Press “request a daycare” , then select service —> Daycare. Select a date. Press request!

How To Schedule Group Obedience Class

How To Check if Your Request is Approved

If your dog has not gone through our DAY CAMP or BOARD AND TRAIN program, please do not request to attend Group Obedience Class. If you are unsure if your dog has been approved for Group Class please send us an email.

Requests for Group Class must be in by Wednesday each week. Classes are required to be prepaid to avoid no calls/no shows.

How To Check if Your Request is Approved

You will get an email if your request is approved. You can also check your calendar on your PetExec Mobile app to see what days your dog is scheduled.
